Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

Welcome to Vanfint

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related financial technology services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Our Services

Vanfint provides digital financial services that may include:

Not every service may be available to every user or in every jurisdiction.

Certain services may be provided by licensed third‑party institutions or service providers under separate terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must meet the applicable minimum age requirement, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and satisfy any identity verification or eligibility requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and to update it when necessary.

We may require identity verification, proof of address, source‑of‑funds information, or other documentation to comply with applicable laws and manage financial crime risks.

We reserve the right to reject an application or restrict an account where permitted by law.

You must not create an account using another person’s identity or provide misleading information.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, authentication methods, recovery information, and devices used to access your account.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, fraud, or a security breach.

We will never ask you to disclose your password or wallet recovery phrase through an unsolicited message.

We may temporarily suspend access to protect your account, investigate suspicious activity, or comply with legal obligations.

Where your wallet is self‑custodial, you may be solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and recovery phrase. We cannot recover assets that become inaccessible because you lose them.

The responsibilities applicable to custodial and self‑custodial wallets will be explained in the relevant product documentation.

4. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible once confirmed on the relevant blockchain.

You are responsible for verifying the recipient’s wallet address, the selected blockchain network, the asset, and the transaction amount before confirming a transfer.

We are not responsible for assets sent to an incorrect address or through an unsupported network where the loss results from your error, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Transaction processing times may vary because of network congestion, blockchain confirmations, maintenance, or third‑party service interruptions.

Supported assets, networks, transaction limits, and fees may change over time. We may delay, reject, or restrict transactions where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

We do not guarantee that every cryptocurrency will maintain its value, remain available for trading, or continue to be supported.

5. Investment Risks

Investments made available through the Platform involve risks, including possible loss of some or all of your invested capital.

Digital asset prices can fluctuate significantly. Other investment products may also involve market, liquidity, counterparty, currency, and operational risks.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any forecasts, projections, estimated returns, or performance information are not guarantees of future outcomes.

Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, we do not guarantee profits, fixed returns, or the preservation of your investment capital.

Investment products may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, disclosures, fees, and terms. You should review these before investing and seek independent financial advice where appropriate.

We will identify the relevant service provider and applicable product terms where investments are offered through a third party.

6. Payment Cards

Payment cards offered through the Platform may be issued or supported by third‑party card issuers, banks, payment networks, or program managers.

Card issuance, activation, spending limits, transaction processing, supported currencies, and geographic availability are subject to applicable cardholder terms.

You must use your card lawfully and keep your card details and authentication credentials secure.

You must promptly report a lost or stolen card, suspected unauthorized transactions, or suspected card fraud through the available support channels.

Card transactions may be declined, delayed, reversed, or subject to additional verification. Fees, foreign exchange charges, and other applicable costs will be disclosed through the relevant product terms.

Your rights concerning unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, and refunds are subject to applicable law and the relevant cardholder agreement.

7. Fees and Charges

We may charge fees for certain services, including transactions, currency conversion, withdrawals, card usage, or investment‑related activities.

Applicable fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction or otherwise incur the relevant charge, where required by law.

Third‑party providers and blockchain networks may impose additional fees.

You are responsible for applicable taxes arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform to:

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including restricting transactions, suspending accounts, or reporting matters to competent authorities where legally required or permitted.

9. Third‑Party Services

Some features may rely on third‑party providers, including blockchain networks, payment processors, card issuers, identity verification providers, custodians, exchanges, and investment partners.

Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third‑party services to the extent permitted by law. However, this provision does not exclude responsibilities that applicable law requires us to retain.

10. Service Availability and Account Restrictions

We aim to maintain a reliable Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service.

Maintenance, technical failures, network disruptions, security incidents, regulatory requirements, or third‑party outages may affect availability.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, risk management, or breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Where legally permitted, we will provide notice and information about available review or appeal procedures.

Restrictions affecting customer assets will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms governing the relevant service.

11. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, branding, content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Vanfint and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Platform only for its intended purposes. You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our materials except as permitted by law or with our written authorization.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error‑free operation, or the continued availability of particular digital assets or investment products.

We are not responsible for losses caused by market fluctuations, blockchain failures, unsupported transactions, or third‑party service disruptions to the extent such losses are outside our responsibility under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer protections.

Subject to applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform. Any other limitation of liability will apply only to the extent legally enforceable.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business operations, security practices, or legal obligations.

We will provide notice of material changes where required by law. Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where legally valid.

If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the affected services, subject to outstanding obligations and applicable withdrawal or termination procedures.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to mandatory legal protections that apply to you.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it.

Any formal dispute resolution process, including the courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available to you, will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
